While John knows what it takes to get to the top or to simply be the best you can be, he understands that this needs to be done within the bounds of “life”. With a young family along with a multi dimensional business to balance, John is acutely aware that training needs to fit into an athletes lifestyle. Ultimately to get long term success in this sport you need year on year consistency whilst keeping training fun, entertaining and rewarding. John will ensure that you make the most of your time available for training to give you maximum rewards and peak performance.
